Description:

The Growth & Retention Team at alice + olivia is seeking a dynamic leader to aggressively drive growth in traffic and client acquisition. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through a variety of digital platforms with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel and media campaign. In this role you'll drive the online marketing strategy while executing and optimizing key channels including paid search, PLAs, display, paid social and affiliate marketing. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and sales revenue targets within established CPA and ROI constraints and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis across channels

-Oversee direct response programs including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate and evaluate and explore other emerging media in partnership with agencies

-Drive new customer acquisition through paid media channels, including Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates, constantly analyzing and managing to cost per acquired customer (CAC) and volume goals

Agency Management

-Effectively motivate, empower and direct agencies and in-house talent to make the most informed and effective decisions in media management

-Lead, create and manage effective reporting needs to best inform team on daily, weekly and monthly channel performance

Budget Management

-Work with Digital Senior Director to effectively manage monthly channel budgets, forecasts and performance planning

-Manage monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting for key digital marketing financial metrics. Develop quantitative and data driven business recommendations based on analysis.

Performance, Optimization & Testing

-Foster a culture of continuous optimization by developing and implementing a strong framework for iterative testing (creative, copy, segmentation, targeting)

-Test into emerging or new media channels to expand A+Os audience and reach

-Oversee and act as in-house expert of all ad operation needs, including ad tracking, product feeds and pixel set-up

Cross functional Collaboration & Strategy

-Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on core business objectives, including Brand Marketing, CRM/Analytics, Creative Team, Social Media, PR, Ecommerce & Merchandising.

-Work with creative teams to report on recent creative performance, ideate on new creative concepts and submit creative and asset requests

-Collaborate with Digital Product team to optimize landing page and funnel experiences

-Thoughtfully lead all forms of testing, including of creative/images, copy, landing pages, targeting, segmentation, while thoroughly documenting learnings in a useful and organized way

Affiliate

-Identify new affiliates that fit within the brand guidelines and recruit them into the program

-Build strong relationships with key publishers and identify opportunities through the development of strategies and tactics that deliver significant sales results while continuing to enhance and elevate Stuart Weitzman’s brand presence and image

Requirements:

-5+ years progressive experience in online marketing

-In-depth experience with key acquisition channels - ability to zoom from high level strategy with a nuanced approach to synergies across channels - down to tactical, channel specific optimization details

-Experience managing and forecasting budgets and performance across marketing channels

-Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies and manage day to day interactions

-A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset

-A penchant for making decisions based on empirical evidence

-First-rate collaboration skills across diverse departments

-High proficiency in Excel

-Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills

-Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment
