We’re looking for a Influencer & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the development of our brand identity and brand voice across Outfit’s website and social media channels. This is an incredible opportunity to wear many hats and exercise your creativity and feel the immediate impact of your work alongside a highly motivated start-up team. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, resourceful and a creative problem solver.

• Support adherence to the social media calendar by researching client events and hunting for content.

• Support content development for digital marketing & media channels: email, social media website. Include attending photoshoots and gathering key information from Talent to develop engaging biographies.

• Research and connect with content creators to build our talent database

• Work with the sales team to produce content, presentations and proposals.

• Develop original content supporting Outfit’s position as a Talent advocate, and reinforcing our leadership position in the influencer, events and experiential marketing industry.

• Maintain email distribution lists, segmentation, and content development (imagery, assets, information gathering) for recurring email communications to platform users and investors.

• Leverage social media channels and as a communication vehicle for sourcing & recruiting new users to the platform, both Talent & Brands.

• The ability to have ownership over your work and empower freelancers in the gig economy.
