Rossetti Public Relations is a fast-growing public relations agency, based in Las Vegas, NV, working with brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle and gaming. The Public Relations Manager is integral to the creation and implementation of strategy for several brands. Key Responsibilities:

-Develop annual, seasonal and opportunistic PR strategies and plans, including messaging, strategic timing and tactics as part of broader integrated efforts

-Proactively identify, craft creative and compelling pitches, follow up with media opportunities

-Manage distribution of PR materials and interviews

-Develop and distribute press releases and advisories

-Collaborate in planning and execution of press conferences, briefings, media and special events

-Work effectively in a team environment and drive efforts to support strategy that will meet and exceed client expectations

-Help set key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR and lead measurement and reporting efforts.

-Work alongside executive team to formulate and monitor comprehensive long- and short-term communication plans

-Manage administrative duties including updating lists and press materials, copyediting, etc.

-Represent the agency and clients at community and professional events

-Serve as a liaison between the PR team and the account and creative functions of the agency, ensuring and driving an integrated approach

-Assist other team members and client workloads as needed

Requirements:

-Three to five years of experience in a public relations capacity

-Experience in an agency environment preferred

-Articulate, strategic, and pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group to clients and media

-Excellent skills in Microsoft applications.

-Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

-Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, SOPs, and policies

-Existing or strong track record of cultivating and maintaining media relationships

-Ability to manage multiple projects and efforts

-Strong communication skills, including written communication, combined with business acumen
