Rossetti Public Relations is a fast-growing public relations agency, based in Las Vegas, NV, working with global brands in hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle and gaming. The Public Relations Specialist is a key team member and this role will support the overall communications strategy for several brands.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development of story ideas, pitch, and achieve editorial placements.
-Pitch and respond to incoming media opportunities including local and national queries.
-Manage the logistical coordination and staffing of photo shoots and media relations activities.
-Coordinate distribution of PR materials, talking points, and interviews.
-Manage and update media lists and press materials.
-Represent the company and its clients at community and professional events.
-Manage media itineraries and reservations.
-Monitor, maintain, and distribute clippings for specific market sectors when needed.
-Assist in planning and execution of special events in person or virtually.
-Support the executive team in creating and implementing PR strategy.
-Compile and distribute weekly and monthly activity and media status reports.
-Assist and manage general research projects.
-Attend regular meetings and calls.
-All other duties assigned by the Principal and CEO.
-One to three years’ experience in a related field related to public relations, marketing or media.
-Experience in an agency environment preferred.
-Excellent skills in Microsoft applications.
-Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, media and other employees of the organization.
-Ability to multitask and to adhere to deadlines.
-Advanced writing ability and excellent spoken and written communication skills.
-Knowledge of local, regional, and national print and online media
-Ability to maintain consistent measurement system of evaluating press success.
