Under the direction of the Ecommerce Manager - Amazon, the Associate Manager, Content Marketing will work cross-functionally with the Global Digital team to support all content and digital marketing initiatives for the Amazon global account. The candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities Include:
-Support all day-to-day Amazon related tasks/projects/initiatives under the guidance of the Ecommerce Manager - Amazon
-Upload new product launches while executing all creative elements
-Optimize existing product listings and consumer facing content including but not limited to SEO, product page secondary assets, A+ Expanded Content and the Amazon Brand Store
-Researching and pitching new digital content ideas that will fill any gaps in current digital experience on and off site (i.e. product pages, remarketing ads, etc)
-Coordinate with Amazon Marketing contacts to create and execute quarterly digital campaigns
-Conceptualizing content needs for the yearly promotional calendar and on/off site ad placements with the collaboration of the Digital and Copy team to align with overall strategic goals
-Liaise with internal and external content creators for all needs to prep and prepare for photoshoots. Support in person during shoots as needed.
-Monitor online and mobile content trends, and maintain knowledge of competition and opportunities
-2-4 years of digital marketing experience, Amazon experience a plus
-Equal parts “creative” and “operational” with ability to flex between two when needed for role
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects well documented and on track
-Strong analytical and quantitative thinker with attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficient in MS Office Suite and tech savvy
