• Direct account teams’ strategy and next steps

• Trusted client advisor in relationship with decision makers

• Responsible for media relationships and networking at the highest level

• Bring media leads into the firm

• Drives press results for clients

• Run meetings and can run alone

• Coach, supervise and mentor all staff below Director level

• Grows a profitable and thriving team

• Oversee and create client deliverables

• Contributes to new business meetings and drafts winning proposals

• Manages client relationships

• Helps drive trend story ideas/pitches for the firm

• Proactively comes up with journalists, industry influencers we should be networking with and suggesting to CEO

• Contributes to Relevance International’s brand and social media with suggestions and ideas

• Helps bring HR issues to the attention of CEO

• Reports to CEO

• Responsible for maintaining a profitable team and division

• Prioritizes and assigns client deliverables, meets all deadlines

Requirements:

• 11+ years relevant experience

• Excellent writing and editing, with strong knowledge of AP Style

• Needs no editing on client deliverables or press materials

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Team player

• Solution-oriented

• Ambassador of Relevance International
