Description:

• Able to independently lead small to medium -sized projects

• Able to frame their independently led engagement by developing the scope engagement model, project approach, timeline and casting. Ask detailed and probing questions to determine the best approach to the project.

• Able to drive projects to completion within scope, budget and timeframe.

• Able to recognize the need and plan/scope for change management.

• Able to expertly develop detailed project plans for their independent projects or work with a more Sr. PM to develop a larger or more complex project.

• Able to identify risk across a project, develop plans for mitigation and management of those plans. Uses good judgment for escalation of issues

• Able to create and communicate the internal and external view of project by sending burn reports or weekly trending summaries.

• Ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly defined on the project team. Knows when to bring in the experts to the their projects, and activity involves other capabilities

• Able to exhibit incredible attention to detail but still own the macro perspective of any given project

• Proactively and regularly updates team on status and issues on project

• Able to demonstrates good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient (team meetings, in person, phone, email)

• Able to effectively communicate with peers and capability leads on projects. Can deliver right message to senior audience when issues need to be escalated

• Understands how to effectively communicate constructive feedback to dotted line reports and broader team although always seen as true diplomat

• Demonstrates ability to respond to sensitive client concerns, questions and issues in appropriate and professional manner (knowing the difference between what should be shared internally vs. externally)

• Actively manages up and across by clearly communicating project status and potential risks

• Able to partner effectively with Account on communications to the client to ensure a clear and consistent message

• Able to participate in and lead client discussions on project plans and status reports to ensure client understands tradeoffs throughout the project around budget, scope, schedule, staff etc.

• Responsible for day-to-day project management.

• Leverage project management tools to support effective and efficient project delivery.

• Develop, enforce and report on project status and timelines.

• Responsible for forecasts and financial reporting.

• Work closely across agency disciplines to ensure effective and efficient project completion.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in project management, agency experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Health & Wellness experience a must
