The A List is seeking a driven Account Manager for retainer showroom clients that include contemporary, luxury, & lifestyle brands. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Clients Include: Under Armour, Madewell, Aritzia, J.Crew, dosist, Clase Azul, Allbirds, David Koma, and more!
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Communicating daily with retainer clients, providing key feedback and customer service
-Curating and ordering product and overseeing the merchandising showroom space
-Overseeing the trafficking of samples going in & out of the showroom with the assistance of Fashion GPS and the Showroom Coordinator
-Proactively creating target lists for clients’ new incoming product deliveries
-Leading showroom appointments with stylists and talent
-Maintaining a robust database of relationships with stylists, talent, personal assistants, agents, managers, & publicists
-Supporting on events when appropriate
-Sending weekly client reports
-Overseeing client budgets and handle both booking and bill backs for messengers + Fedex/UPS/DHL.
-Unpacking and organizing merchandise from daily shipments
-Tracking placements/hits via photo sites and social media and sending them in a timely manner to clients
-Leading weekly client calls
-Minimum 4 years at a Marketing or PR agency
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple clients at one time
-Knowledge of Fashion GPS
