Optimist Consulting is seeking a PAID part-time PR intern for the luxury & lifestyle team. As a PR Intern, he/she will assist the team on a number of projects related to accounts in the following fields: retail, fine jewelry/watches, non-profit, and celebrity. There will also be some light event coordination support required and also event attendance when necessary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Media list development
-Market research
-Clipping + reporting
-Agency website/blog content development
-Weekly news/media updates and recaps
-Event management support (vendor coordination, ROS organization, etc.)
-Knowledge of industry via undergraduate studies or prior internship experience
-Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours/week
