Violetta Group is a public relations agency specialized in luxury fashion and lifestyle with offices in Los Angeles and New York. We are currently looking for an Account Executive who will have the opportunity of working closely with the company’s team on the daily clients’ management as well as office operations.
Responsibilities include:
-Sample inventory and showroom merchandising
-Assist with stylist pulls and returns
-Editorial tracking and clipping
-Database updates
-Social Media updates
-Minimum 1-year experience in publicity firm or in-house press office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Highly efficient and organized with the ability to multi task
-Strong awareness of key influencers and media outlets in the fashion and entertainment industries
-Good presentation and attention to detail
-Pro-active and with the ability to use initiative
-Able work well under pressure with a positive and dynamic attitude
-Must have knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
-Multi-lingual preferable (Italian, French, Chinese, Spanish)
