STAFFED INC is a New York City based Event Staffing Agency with national services and capabilities. We provide temporary staffing solutions (i.e. brand ambassadors, promotional models, hospitality staff, etc.) for both experiential and hospitality events. Our clients are major lifestyle brands, agencies and venues who focus on beauty, fashion, luxury retail, culinary, sports, technology, music and entertainment events all with staffing needs across the country.

STAFFED INC. provides premiere staffing and management services to various brands within the experiential and hospitality realm. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the account team on administrative tasks related to finding, developing and managing talent as well as playing an integral role in providing best in class service to clients.

Responsibilities

Talent Development - Support and maintain STAFFED INC. recruitment initiatives:

o Screen resumes and job applications

o Schedule Interviews

o Arrange casting calls and update bios

o Keep detailed record of past and active applicants by maintaining the Applicant Tracking System

o Look book preparations based on client specifications

o Posting of jobs on applicable recruitment platforms

Account Management:

o Compile data as needed for Account Management team to reflect and react to client needs

o Assist Account Management team to identify and solve problems for clients

o Draft recruiting and staff correspondence emails

o Participate on client conference calls and with in-person meetings

o Support Account Management team with ensuring talent is properly prepared for upcoming programs, post event recaps, billing, staff updates in system, etc.

o Onsite event support as needed

Requirements:

o Undergraduate degree

o Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, HR, Sales, recruiting or events management role in a fast-paced environment

o Experience using an Applicant Tracking System a plus

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

o High attention to detail with excellent spoken & written communication

o Travel 10-20% of the time is to be anticipated

o Flexible schedule that adjusts to the needs of the business

o Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing, high energy sales environment
