The Communications Store’s pioneering and fast-growing Fashion team is look for an Account Director to support, drive, and inspire the developing team. Our ideal candidate will be an industry expert who is adept at building client confidence, inspiring creative thought, and encouraging it within their team. Reporting into the Senior Vice President for Fashion, you will be responsible for proactively supporting an existing portfolio of clients, continuing to build a fast-growing part of the business, and supporting and leading the fashion team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the appropriate PR integrated strategies across luxury fashion clients balancing strategic thinking, creativity and budget
- Manage and improve existing client relationships ensuring clients’ expectations and needs are met and exceeded whilst always thinking two steps ahead and devising appropriate solutions
- Inspire commitment and creativity – develop and encourage team members to effectively achieve outstanding results
- Ensure the successful delivery of iniatives through monitoring and analysing our clients’ market
- Actively contribute creative ideas and initiatives for exciting and innovative press coverage and campaign success
- Expert and leader in the Fashion industry with 8+ years’ experience
- Strong and proven contacts with editors and key individuals in the Fashion sector
- Entrepreneurial individual with a passion for leadership and growth; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to be truly innovative and push boundaries
- Professionally mature and adept at building client confidence and nurturing relationships
- Team-player with experience managing and motivating team members
