Giving back can take many forms, from volunteering time to donating resources. For Stephanie Scott-Bradshaw, Communicator-in-Chief and Founder of First and Last PR, community service isn’t an afterthought, but a cornerstone of her life and business.

Stephanie’s commitment to empowering women began early in her career at ESSENCE, where she helped direct surplus beauty products to local charities. Today, that same spirit of generosity continues through her ongoing work with WomenRising, a Jersey City–based organization dedicated to helping women and families move from crisis to self-sufficiency.

Through First and Last PR, an agency known for delivering big results with boutique energy, the team regularly donates beauty, lifestyle, and personal care products from clients to support WomenRising’s programs. These donations serve as more than gestures of goodwill; they help women in transition rebuild confidence and stability. Sometimes, something as simple as a lipstick can lift a spirit and remind a woman of her strength and worth.

That commitment was recognized at WomenRising’s 120th Annual Service Gala, where Stephanie was honored with the Corporate Partner Award for her continued efforts to uplift women and strengthen her community.
