- Support in the ideation of digital-first campaigns and talent partnerships, strategies and influencer activations.
- Influencer list building and relationship management amongst clients, agencies, and talent.
* Aid in the creation and maintenance of talent lists for brand consideration, for both paid and organic/gifting partnerships.
- Influencer seeding, giftings and coordination
- Scanning social media channels for coverage
* Help track campaign and post progress
* Ensure talent deliverables and timelines are met
- Influencer social media clipping
- Inventory management that includes:
* Coordinate product requests, samples and mailings
* Take inventory of sample stock
* Maintain and organize the sample closet
- Support during client events such as press previews, fashion shows and in-store events.
- Content creation experience and Canva or Adobe skills are a plus.
- Support in day-to-day administration and communication amongst internal teams and external clients.
- Fluent in digital language and literacy, with a deep understanding of IG and TikTok.
- Working knowledge of the fashion, lifestyle and wellness spaces.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of agency life.
- Previous agency experience is a plus, but not required.
